A rider is a necessary condition for a consultation, master class or training to be held at the proper professional level and achieve predetermined goals. All issues of coordination, logistics and accommodation in each case must be carried out no later than 10 working days before the start of the event.

Rider

Consultations, corporate and open masterclasses/trainings are held both online and offline without territorial restrictions.

Program approval

In each case, the program of the event can be adapted* to the goals and objectives of the customer's company, the level of competence of the participants and the expected result.

Adaptation is carried out through online communication. After that, the consultant sends the updated program to the customer.

*The final iteration of approvals must be made no later than 10 working days before the start of the event.

Budget

Budget structure:

- Handouts;
- Photo, audio and video;
- Logistics;
- Accommodation.
The consultant's fee prepayment is 100%**.
Prepayment of the consultant's fee is made in one payment to the current account indicated in the invoice***.

**Without 100% prepayment of the consultant's fee, the date of the event is not booked.
***Prepayment of the consultant's fee must be made 10 working days before the start of the event.

Consultation duration

Individual consultation can last from 1 astronomical hour.
Special individual consultation «Two hours for the price of one» lasts 2 astronomical hours.

Masterclass duration

Masterclass lasts 8 astronomical hours.
10.00 to 18.00 or 12.00 to 20.00.
Masterclass has:
- Coffee breaks every 1.5 - 2 hours lasting 15 minutes;
- Lunch break, lasting 1 hour, is held between 13.00 and 16.00 (depending on the start time of the master class and in agreement with the audience).

Training duration

Training lasts 16 astronomical hours.
10.00 to 18.00 or 12.00 to 20.00.
Training has:
- Coffee breaks every 1.5 - 2 hours lasting 15 minutes;
- Lunch break, lasting 1 hour, is held between 13.00 and 16.00 (depending on the start time of the master class and in agreement with the audience).

Number of event participants

1 person can attend the consultation.
At the masterclass can be attended from 2 people (the number of participants is limited by the audience).
The training can be attended by 2 to 15 people.

Venue

Consultations, corporate masterclasses and trainings are held at the customer's premises - office/rented premises ****. It is recommended to rent a separate room so that the participants of the event have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the process without being distracted by the usual everyday activities. The room should have limited access (only participants of the event), be comfortable in terms of fresh air, sound, light and temperature, ease of placement of furniture and equipment.

****The cost of renting the premises, additional equipment and other consumables is not included in the consultant's fee and is paid by the customer separately.

Equipment and consumables

Flip chart with a new set of flip sheets.
New set of markers (3 colors: black, red and green).
New flipchart sponge.
Table, chair for speaker/consultant.
Tables, chairs for event participants.
Ability to connect a laptop to a projector.
Projector.
Screen for projector.
Wireless speaker/consultant headset.
Bottled drinking still water (3 pcs. 0.5 l for 1 day of the event), clean glasses (3 pcs. for 1 day of the event) for the speaker/consultant.
Bottled drinking water carbonated and still, clean glasses for event participants.
Paper for notes and a pen for each of the participants of the event.
Badges on a string for each of the participants of the event.

The cost of equipment and consumables is not included in the consultant's fee and is paid by the customer separately.

Handouts

Depending on the expected results of the event, the agreed handouts***** may be of different volume and content. From 1 letterhead of a short summary to a many page presentation with additional materials, checklists, etc.

Photo, audio and video

The customer has the right to conduct photo, audio and video shooting of the event for further internal use at his own expense******. The captured photos, audio and video materials can be published by the customer in the social networks, audio and video hosting (aggregators), corporate websites, etc., only after agreement and written approval by the consultant. The process of coordination and approval takes place using online tools (e-mail, instant messengers).

******The cost of photo, audio and video shooting is not included in the consultant's fee and is paid by the customer separately. Publication/distribution of photo, audio and video materials captured during the event in social networks. networks, audio and video hosting (aggregators), corporate websites, etc., lasting more than 5 minutes is prohibited. The consultant must receive a copy of the photo, audio and video materials made during the event.

Logistics

Flight by plane (business class), travel by train (business class), car (S class). Logistics must be organized at the rate of +2 nights to the number of days of the event.*******

*******Travel to the venue of the event is not included in the consultant's fee and is paid by the customer separately.

Accommodation

«Super deluxe» apartment in a 5 stars hotel. The closest location to the place of residence and the event is recommended. Accommodation******** includes 2 meals a day (breakfast, dinner) and must be arranged at the rate of +2 nights to the number of days of the event.

*******Accommodation is not included in the consultant's fee and is paid by the customer separately.
