Our consulting formats individual consultations, corporate programs, masterclasses, and professional trainings are delivered both online and offline, without territorial limitations. Each format ensures controlled expertise transfer and consistent adherence to BERATER performance standards, regardless of geography.

Program Approval

Each event program can be precisely adapted* to the strategic objectives of the client’s company, the professional profile of participants, and the expected measurable outcomes.

Adaptation is conducted through structured online communication. Upon alignment, the consultant delivers the updated program for final review.

ATTENTION!
*The final approval iteration must be completed no later than 10 working days before the event.

Budget

Budget structure:
- Consultant's fee.
- Equipment and consumables.
- Handouts.
- Photo, audio, and video production.
- Logistics.
- Accommodation.
Consultant’s Fee Prepayment:
- The consultant’s fee requires 100% prepayment*.
Prepayment Procedure:
- Prepayment is executed in a single transfer to the account specified in the official invoice**.

ATTENTION!
*Without 100% prepayment, the event date cannot be reserved.
**Prepayment must be completed 10 working days prior to the event.

Consultation Duration

Individual consultation: from 1 astronomical hour.
Special consultation «Two hours for the price of one»: 2 astronomical hours.

Masterclass Duration

Total duration: 8 astronomical hours.
Time slots: 10:00–18:00 or 12:00–20:00.
Structure:
- Coffee breaks every 1.5–2 hours (15 minutes).
- 1-hour lunch break between 13:00 and 16:00, aligned with the start time and audience needs.

Training Duration

Total duration: 16 astronomical hours.
Time slots: 10:00–18:00 or 12:00–20:00.
Structure:
- Coffee breaks every 1.5–2 hours (15 minutes).
- 1-hour lunch break between 13:00 and 16:00, aligned with the start time and audience needs.

Number of Event Participants

Consultations: 1 participant.
Masterclasses: from 2 participants (limited by venue capacity).
Trainings: 2 to 15 participants.

Venue

Consultations, masterclasses, and corporate trainings are conducted at the client’s premises office or rented facilities.*

A separate room is recommended to ensure complete immersion in the process, with controlled access and optimal conditions (air, sound, lighting, temperature, furniture placement, and equipment compatibility).

ATTENTION!
*Venue rental, additional equipment, and consumables are not included in the consultant’s fee and are paid by the client separately.

Equipment and Consumables

Flip chart with a new set of sheets.

Table and chair for the consultant.
Tables and chairs for participants.

Wireless headset for the consultant.
Still bottled water for the consultant (3 × 0.5 L per event day) + clean glasses (3 pcs.).
Water for participants (still and carbonated) + glasses.

ATTENTION!
All equipment and consumables are not included in the consultant’s fee and must be covered by the client.

Handouts

Handouts* vary according to the planned event outcomes from single-page executive summaries to comprehensive multi-page presentations with additional materials, frameworks, and checklists.

*Production and delivery costs are not included in the consultant’s fee and are paid separately.

Photo, Audio and Video

The client may conduct photo, audio, and video recording for internal use at their own expense*.

Publication of any materials in social media, corporate platforms, or video hosting services is allowed only after written approval from the consultant. Approval is conducted via online communication (email, messengers).

ATTENTION!

Publication of materials longer than 90 seconds is prohibited.
The consultant must receive a copy of all recorded materials.

*Recording costs are not included in the consultant’s fee.

Logistics

Travel options:

Airline - Business Class.
Train - Business Class.
Car - S-Class.

Logistics must be arranged with +2 nights added to the duration of the event.*

ATTENTION!
*Travel expenses are not included in the consultant’s fee.

Accommodation

Accommodation must be arranged in a Super Deluxe apartment in a 5-star hotel. The closest possible location to both the residence and the event venue is recommended.

Accommodation* includes:

Breakfast.
Dinner.
+2 nights added to the event duration.
